Shipping Policy

At DL Tack Supply, we work hard to get your items processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding our shipping times:

  • Processing Time: All orders require 2–8 business days to be processed before shipment.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on carrier schedules, shipping destination, and other factors outside our control.

  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

  • Lost Shipments: If your item(s) are lost in transit, DL Tack Supply will re-ship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, etc.) may occasionally extend shipping times.
